     Sara Jane, known as “Sally”, was a single mom with two boys.  She worked very hard to provide for the boys and did a great job.  The boys grew up, got married and had kids of their own. 

     Sally was still single in her later years.  She did not want to be a burden on her boys knowing they had families of their own and had their own responsibilities. Sally took care of herself the best she could.

     Sally told me one day she took her car to get an oil change.  The auto repair shop told her she needed a new special “plastic” radiator for her car.  They stated it would cost $800.  Sally was 66 years old and didn’t have much saved in the bank.   She was going to have to take out all of her savings to pay this.  She went to the bank, got the money and went back to the repair shop.  She was crying when she handed her savings over, but they didn’t care.  They took it!

     About a year and a half later, Sally told me this story.  I became extremely furious.  I walked out to her car and saw the original metal radiator in the car!  There was nothing I could do about her situation because of the lapse of time but there was something I could do about the future!  I could create an auto repair facility that would be run on honesty, integrity, and respect.    A place that would make sure that each person that walked through its doors would be treated as if they were Sally!
