A great big THANK YOU to you and your staff at Executive Automotive Services. I recently brought in my Chrysler Sebring for service on the lower ball joints that were very worn and creaking badly. Though I did not think to ask for it, as part of the analysis of the problem your technician checked for a recall on the ball joints on my vehicle.

Instead of quoting the $500.00 repair needed on my car, your shop called me to let me know that there was indeed a recall on the ball joints and recommended that I have the Chrysler dealership look into the problem. That is just what I did and within a week the dealer had completely repaired my car at no charge.

This kind of honesty, integrity and concern for the best interest of the customer is rare indeed in today's business world. I was blessed and impressed that your company went the extra mile for me and saved me several hundred dollars when you could have quoted the repair, made a fair profit and I would never have known the difference.

                            Dear EAS,

I just could not let another day go past without thanking you three.  I was on my way to a softball game a couple Saturdays ago when we noticed the van was not running quite right.  I was in a bit of a panic because we were due to leave for Charlotte in the a.m. (a much budgeted vacation-and my 15 year old daughter's Fast Pitch Softball 16U World Series). 
Your staff not only agreed to look at the van, although there were 5 cars in front of me, you found the problem, discovered it was a faulty part, called around to replace the part, repaired it, and did not charge me a penny (it was on the part dealers warranty).  This was a miracle.
                            Your staff was kind, courteous, compassionate, and honest.  I hope you know how refreshing it is. 
                            We tell everyone we know about you.  In fact my Mom was in with her car this week.
