A great big THANK YOU to you and your staff at Executive Automotive Services. I recently brought in my Chrysler Sebring for service on the lower ball joints that were very worn and creaking badly. Though I did not think to ask for it, as part of the analysis of the problem your technician checked for a recall on the ball joints on my vehicle.
Instead of quoting the $500.00 repair needed on my car, your shop called me to let me know that there was indeed a recall on the ball joints and recommended that I have the Chrysler dealership look into the problem. That is just what I did and within a week the dealer had completely repaired my car at no charge.
This kind of honesty, integrity and concern for the best interest of the customer is rare indeed in today's business world. I was blessed and impressed that your company went the extra mile for me and saved me several hundred dollars when you could have quoted the repair, made a fair profit and I would never have known the difference.
